How to take

Take one capsule per day on an empty stomach or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

If you are pregnant, it is best taken in conjunction with Perdays Pregnancy Key Essentials + DHA, Perdays Pregnancy Iron & Vitamin C and Perdays Pregnancy Calcium & Vitamin D. Why doesn’t Perdays Probiotic 360 & Vitamin D need to go in the fridge?

Our patented double-layered bottle provides better protection against heat and moisture, which means more shelf stability compared to other packaging. The Nutriseal™ encapsulation also reduces the chance of bacterial oxidation.

It is best to keep our probiotic stored below 25°C and close the cap completely after use.
